Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

At Myztikz Holistic Consulting LLC, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged, processed, and delivered to you in a timely manner.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

  • Shipping Schedule: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Notice: Myztikz currently ships throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to California or to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Delivery times to Puerto Rico may be longer than shipments within the continental United States.

Tracking & Responsibility​

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

Myztikz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order appears delayed, missing, any delivery concerns or issues, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly using your tracking number.

Flat-Rate Shipping by Weight

Shipping (domestic) rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout. We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping.

  • 0-1 lb. --- $7.95

  • 1-3 lb. ---$10.95

  • 3-5 lb. ---$15.95

  • 5-10 lb. ---$21.95

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $125 or more (before taxes and discounts). Free shipping will automatically apply once your cart total qualifies.

Shipping Carriers

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination. Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Refunds & Exchange

To maintain product integrity and for safety reasons:

  • We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges.
