Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit or have it transferred to a future appointment.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.​
No-Shows:
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. This helps maintain scheduling and respect for all clients.

Emergencies:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we are unable to answer, you must leave a message detailing your situation so we can review and respond promptly. If no message is left, your deposit will be forfeited.
