Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to refund your deposit.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.​

3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures we stay on schedule and respect the time of all clients.

5. Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unavailable to take your call, you must leave a message detailing your situation so we can review and respond promptly. If no message is left, your deposit will be forfeited.
