Non-Refundable Refund Policy

At Myztikz Holistic Consulting LLC (dab Myztikz), we strive to provide high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased.

This policy applies to:

  • Consultations and all other services provided.

  • ​Herbal products and other goods.

Services:

All services are reserved time and are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will allow the deposit to be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows (failure to attend without providing at least 24 hours' notice), missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the session and all payments made.

Emergencies:

​We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we are unavailable to take your call, you must leave a message detailing your situation so it can be reviewed and responded to promptly. Failure to leave a message or make contact will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Client Conduct:

If a service is refused, canceled, or terminated due to client conduct or violation of any policies, all payments made will be immediately forfeited and remain non-refundable.

Products:

All products purchased are non-refundable. Myztikz Holistic Consulting LLC is not responsible for improper use, misuse, or adverse reactions following purchase.

If you have questions or concerns about a product or service, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

 

Acknowledgment:

By purchasing products or booking services, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Non-Refundable Refund Policy and all applicable terms, policies, and disclaimers of Myztikz Holistic Consulting (DBA Myztikz).

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Myztikz Holistic Consulting.  Please review this page periodically for any changes or updates.

No exceptions will be made unless required by law.
