This Client Conduct Policy & Right to Refuse Service Agreement outlines the expectations, boundaries, and terms for all services provided by Myztikz Holistic Consulting. By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Myztikz Holistic Consulting is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for the practitioner, staff, clients, guests, and participants at all times. To protect the well-being of everyone involved, Myztikz Holistic Consulting maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, threatening, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, but not limited to: irate behavior, belligerent behavior, verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, hostile outbursts, sexually suggestive comments, sexually aggressive conduct, unwanted advances, inappropriate touching, physical aggression, violent behavior, threats of violence, attempted violence, destruction of property, or any conduct that causes the practitioner, staff, or others to feel uncomfortable, unsafe, threatened, or disrespected.

Right to Refuse Service & Enforcement

Myztikz Holistic Consulting reserves the right to refuse, cancel, stop, or immediately terminate any appointment, consultation, session, workshop, class, event, or service interaction if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or unprofessional.

Services may be immediately canceled or terminated without warning if behavior falls within any of the prohibited conduct outlined in this policy.

Fees & Non-Refundable Policy

If a service, appointment, workshop, consultation, class, or event is canceled, refused, or terminated due to client conduct, all deposits, retainers, booking fees, session fees, workshop fees, and any other funds previously paid will be immediately forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.

Future Service & Restrictions

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises, refusal of future bookings, and a permanent ban from any future service, appointment, consultation, workshop, class, event, membership, or program offered by Myztikz Holistic Consulting.

On-Site Enforcement

Myztikz Holistic Consulting reserves the right to immediately end in-person services, require a client to leave the premises, decline entry, or discontinue services on the spot if behavior is deemed unsafe, aggressive, sexual, threatening, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Purpose of This Policy

This policy is in place to protect the safety, dignity, peace, and professional boundaries of the practitioner, staff, clients, guests, and the business as a whole.

Policy Updates

Myztikz Holistic Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
